25 places available for children and teenagers who receive free school meals
Leicester Dynamite is running a packed four-day Easter Holiday Activity and Food (HAF) camp for young people in the city this spring.
Open to children and teenagers, aged 11-16, who receive benefit-related free school meals, the programme offers a safe, supportive space to get active, make friends and have fun over the school break.
Sessions are supported by Leicester City Council and will run from 10am to 3pm from Monday 30 March to Thursday 2 April 2026. They take place at WQE College’s Ball Hall. Access is via the WQE car park, opposite Attenborough Arts in Lancaster Road.
Each day will feature a mix of games and enrichment activities designed to build confidence, encourage teamwork and keep young people moving.
A free lunch is provided for every participant, helping families stretch their budgets while ensuring no one misses out.
Places are completely free but strictly limited to 25, and are offered only to those eligible for benefit-related free school meals (not universal infant free meals). All bookings are subject to eligibility and double-booking checks. Places are not guaranteed until families receive confirmation on 23 March 2026.
Parents and carers can request a place quickly and easily by completing our online booking form.
For anyone needing extra help to book, support videos are available on the EEQU website, including a quick guide to reserving a HAF session.
