Book quick to reserve a place if you want to attend Leicester Dynamite's Easter camp
A handful of places remain for young people to attend Leicester Dynamite's Easter basketball camp.
It will give young people the chance to get active, learn new skills and make friends in a fun, supportive environment.
The camp is designed to be welcoming for everyone - regardless of whether they have played regularly or are yet to pick up a ball.
It runs on Monday 30 March, Tuesday 31 March, Wednesday 1 April and Thursday 2 April, from 10am to 3pm each day. Sessions take place at WQE College, Regent Road, Leicester, and are open to 10 to 17-year-olds of all abilities.
Both club members and non-members are welcome. The cost is £20 per day for non-members and £10 per day for members.
There are also a few HAF places left for the camp for children aged 11-16, who receive benefit-related free school meals.
Across the four days, participants will:
- Learn new basketball skills and techniques
- Develop confidence. resilience and teamwork
- Enjoy structured games in a safe, supportive setting.
All sessions are led by our experienced community coaches, who focus on enjoyment, player development, and creating a positive environment on and off the court.
Anyone attending should bring:
- A packed lunch
- A refillable water bottle
- Appropriate sports clothing and trainers.

A free lunch is provided for every HAF participant. These places are completely free but offered only to those eligible for benefit-related free school meals (not universal infant free meals). All bookings are subject to eligibility and double-booking checks. Places are not guaranteed until families receive confirmation.
